Geoquaye Company Limited believes that provision of quality service to clients should be underpinned by knowledge and experience. In view of this, our company has Directors who has outstanding business experience in general and have specialized expertise the telecomunication industry. These people monitor the decisions and activities of our management as well as evaluate their performance. As part of their responsibilities, they provide the management of our company with the needed strategies that strengthens relationship with our customers, collaborators and staff.

Mr. George Amon Neequaye
Group Captain

Is the founder, Managing Director, and Chief Technical Officer of Geoquaye Company Limited. He began his career in 1987 working in the area of electrical wiring, installation, and maintenance of generators at Spintex Ghana Limited. In 1994, he brought his expertise to Alafra Company limited.

In 1998, he began specializing in the paralleling and synchronization of generator sets at Mantrac Ghana Limited. In fact, as part of Mantrac Ghana Ltd., Mr. Neequaye was among the top engineers assigned to handle the paralleling and power synchronization of generator sets at AngloGold Ashanti and Newmont Ghana Limited; a job he did excellently for 10 consecutive years. In 1996, however, while still working for Mantrac Ghana Ltd., he set up his own organization, Geoquaye Company Limited, which focuses on the i) supply, installation, and repair of generator sets; ii) repair, installation, and assembling of intelligent transfer switches; iii) domestic and industrial wiring, iv) sale of electrical materials; and v) rural/urban electrification. Mr. Neequaye has been a member of the Off-Shore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston – USA and Brazil and several other conferences. Currently He is a member of the Ghana Engineers Association. As the Managing Director of Geoquaye, he ensures that effective structures, systems, and strategies are adopted and implemented at all levels for the translation of the company’s objectives into revenue-generating mechanism.

Mrs Rodaling Aku Neequaye
Executive Director

Managing Director as well as Human Resource Director of Geoquaye Company Limited. She handles all human resources and administrative issues of the company (contractual relationships, staff recruitment, retention, training, compensation, conflict management and resolution).

She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management which she acquired from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Currently, she is in charge of recruitment, training, job assignment, and employee compensation. She joined the organization in 1996, at its inception, and has since worked there alongside her other appointment as a Senior Administrative Manager of the Institute of Continuing and Distance Education at the University of Ghana, Legon—which she began in 1997. Currently she worked as the Assistant Registrar to the Institute of Applied Science and Technology and currently the School Administrator of the School of Education and Leadership of the College of Education, University of Ghana, Legon.

Mr. Stephen Mensah Okpoti Esq.
Non Executive Director

is a legal practitioner and consultant with twenty-two (27) years of experience in the field of law. He was the Regional Director of Commission for Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) in the Eastern Region. His legal expertise also includes four years of advocacy work with Legal Aid, Ghana.

Mr. Okpoti has been a member of the Ghana Bar Association since 1990, following his attainment of a Barrister of Law degree from the Ghana Law School in that same year. He also serves as an external solicitor of Baako Ampem Chambers a legal consultancy firm based in Koforidua.

Fedalis Yeboah (Rev.)
Non-Executive Director

is an Accounting and Finance Professional with a total eighteen (18) years working experience in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Sales and Education with diversified roles. Fedalis is a teacher and preacher of the Word of God with a great passion to raise a younger generation who will

be transformational agents in society. Before joining the public service as a Reverend Minister of a Christian Centered organization he had served a Finance Manager for a Telecom and Electrical Engineering Firm, Geoquaye Company Limited. Prior to which he served as a Branch Manager of Global Lighting Centre Limited (in charge of Accounting, Marketing and Sales). He also worked as an Accounts Officer for Approacher’s Ghana limited and as a a Tutor at the Garden City Secondary/Commercial College. Rev. Fedalis Yeboah is a member of the American Society of Missiology.
