The Company’s core business focuses on:

●Sale of electrical materials (i.e. cables, wires, changeover switches)
●Servicing and maintenance of telecommunication towers (cell sites)

●Cell Site Refurbishment, Fencing and Civil Works
●Site Management (Power, Fuelling and Civil Works)
●Cell site infrastructure (Building and Operation)
Brief History
The company was originally registered as Geoquaye Enterprise with the
Registrar of Companies in August 1996 and with the
Ministry of Works and Housing in September 1996 to undertake electrical and
building contracts amounting between $75,000
and $200,000 under the category “E” classification.
To respond to its need for expansion and attract its targeted market
share within the medium term, and to raise its corporate image that
facilitate business transactions with its existing
and potential clients, the enterprise was upgraded and registered as a
limited liability company and incorporated on the
10th March 2010 with the Registrar General’s Department of Ghana.
The expanded operation led the Company undertaking contracts in supply of
power and maintenance services to institutions
in the government and private sector. Geoquaye Company Limited is registered
with the Energy Commission and holds an
Installation and Maintenance License and an Electricity Company of Ghana
(ECG) License for both internal and external
installations and undertaking large and complex electrical installation.
Goequaye also holds regulatory certificates
such as fire certificates, environment permit, business operating permit in
the Ashanti Region.
